How quickly will I hear back?
We aim to reply within two business days. If something is time sensitive, put the deadline in the subject line and it moves to the top of the pile.
Who actually reads the inbox?
Members of the APNET team, not an automated service. If your message needs a specific person, it gets forwarded to them. You can see who is on the team on the Our Team page.
Do you have a phone number?
Not a published one. APNET is run by a volunteer board alongside full time jobs, so email reaches us far more reliably than a phone ever would.
Can I visit an office?
There is no walk-in office. The P.O. Box on this page is for mail, and we meet the community at our events rather than at a desk.
I emailed and heard nothing. What now?
Send it again and put “second attempt” in the subject line. Filters occasionally catch a first message, and we would rather see it twice than not at all.
Where do I report my volunteer hours?
The volunteer page covers how it works, and we will confirm the details when you are placed.
