An electrifying night filled with engaging speakers, inspirational award/scholarship recipients, scrumptious African cuisine, and captivating cultural entertainment awaits. This great networking event brings together individuals, business and community leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, and individuals passionate about African affairs to celebrate the experiences of the African Diaspora.

Sponsorship
As a sponsor, you’ll have the opportunity to support cultural diversity and community engagement while gaining exposure to hundreds of attendees. Your contribution will not only help make this event a success but will also directly impact the lives of students and community members through scholarships, awards, and other important initiatives.
Scholarship
The APNET Annual Scholarship awards $300 to $500 to a deserving high school or undergraduate student of African descent in the Greater Cincinnati Region. The scholarship supports educational opportunities, including attending conferences, participating in creative or artistic programs, covering graduate exam fees, or purchasing textbooks. Recipients also receive a plaque at the awards ceremony.

Each year APNET celebrates the contributions and achievements of our members and community at large who exemplify APNET’s mission of Networking, Business & Professional Development, and/or Community Engagement. Award recipients are recognized during our annual APNET symposium.
Networking "Spirit of APNET"
This award celebrates an individual who embodies the spirit of APNET through consistent public service to the local community and beyond, by connecting people from all walks of life and cultures to form mutually benefiting relationships.
Business & Community Engagement
This award bestows the prestigious honor to individuals and organizations showing unwavering commitment to enhancing our community. It lauds those who consistently exhibit dedication and innovation in contributing to our community, whether locally or globally, fostering its growth and reputation.
APNET Trailblazer
This award celebrates an APNET member who has consistently represented APNET to the community and achieved personal success in their professional life and community engagements.
High School Student scholarship
This award recognizes a high school student who is well rounded and excels in their academics as well as extra curricular activities.
College Student Scholarship
This award bestows the prestigious honor to individuals and organizations showing unwavering commitment to enhancing our community. It lauds those who consistently exhibit dedication and innovation in contributing to our community, whether locally or globally, fostering its growth and reputation.
